Practice areas

A focused practice in three areas that often meet in a family’s life: planning an estate, settling one, and managing the property that passes through it. Many clients come to us for one matter and return for the next, because the same attorney already knows their family.

  • Estate planning, wills and trusts

Revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and health care directives, drafted so your family avoids probate court and your wishes are carried out as you intend.

  • Probate

Guiding executors and families through the Northern California probate process, from petition to final distribution, including trust administration after a death.

  • Unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant

Representing property owners and tenants in evictions, lease disputes and security deposit matters under California’s detailed landlord-tenant rules.
