Ms. Ralich was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. She attended California State University, Sacramento where she received her bachelor of science degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting. She earned her juris doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Ms. Ralich is admitted to practice in the state of California. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
